Long cooling seasons put heavy wear on AC systems. Preventive maintenance twice a year helps catch small issues early, keeps your system running more efficiently, reduces unexpected breakdowns, and documents your equipment’s condition.
Visits are typically scheduled once before peak cooling season and once mid/late season, by appointment during normal business hours.

What each visit includes
- Outdoor unit: inspect condenser/heat pump coils, fan, contactor, capacitor condition (visual), refrigerant line insulation, clearances, and pad level
- Indoor unit: inspect air handler/furnace section as applicable — blower, drain pan, condensate drain/trap, float switch (if present), filter condition, electrical connections, and thermostat operation
- Performance check: temperature split and system indicators, with any concerns and recommended next steps noted
- Cleaning: accessible outdoor coil as reasonably needed; condensate drain cleared by standard flush/vacuum when accessible and treated as needed for algae prevention
- Filter: replace a customer-supplied standard 1″ disposable filter, or install a contractor-supplied filter at the listed filter price
- Safety check of the accessible electrical disconnect and breaker labeling where practical
- Written or digital service report summarizing findings

While your plan is active and paid current, you get 10% off all approved repairs performed by Gracie AC LLC on covered residential equipment.
The discount does not apply to the plan fee itself, separately sold filters, or work by other contractors.
Good to know
- Plan term is one year; the annual fee is prepaid.
- Repairs, parts, and refrigerant are quoted separately and done only with your approval.
- Visits are by appointment during normal business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
